Please, if you wish to help with recruiting, feel free! We could always use some volunteers. However, before you do, please do these four things:
1) Read up on recruiting with this lovely post.
2) Post below something along the lines of "Recruiting now." when you begin recruiting, and something along the lines of "Done recruiting." when you're finished.
3) Please check to make sure no one else is recruiting when you plan on starting recruiting.
4) Do not forget to do any of the above.

Now that I have your attention, I hail from the region of [b][region]Hejira[/region][/b], a fledgling monarchy currently trying to get things sorted out with its government. When I say that, I mean we have a constitutional convention that is ongoing, so if you want to become a founding member of a region's government and help it to greatness and progress, then by all means, head on over.
[b]Not convinced[/b] that this is the right place for you? We also have a roleplay forum that could use some motherly love and attention from people like yourself, so if you're into that sort of thing, we could definitely use you. (When I say that, I don't mean use in the pejorative sense, I mean... well, never mind, you know what I mean.)
[b]Still not convinced?[/b] Really? Well, if you're not too big on either of those things, you can just hang around and spam to your heart's content or hold semi-civilized discussions with your compatriots.
There's plenty of stuff to do and be done here in [b][region]Hejira[/region][/b], so please, feel free to come join us here in the region and at our forums at http://hejira.forumotion.com/.
